Where to buy official Nick Shirley merch
Nick Shirley merch is sold through the Anti Fraud Club shop, which describes itself as “the only official Nick Shirley merchandise store.” The store is linked from his TikTok bio, his video descriptions and his newsletter site, antifraudclub.com. In January and February 2026 his descriptions pointed to shirleydefense.com instead; that address now forwards to the Anti Fraud Club shop, and so does its old Quality Learing hoodie page.
The store says what the money is for. Its product notes say the items “are being sold by Nick Shirley to support travel, security, and continuing to bring new videos.” Shirts and hoodies are printed and shipped in the United States. He started selling early: when NPR profiled him on December 31, 2025, he was already offering $50 sweatshirts on his website while asking supporters to help pay for security. How the store fits into his income is covered in Nick Shirley’s net worth.

The story behind the Quality Learing Center hoodie
The Quality Learing Center hoodie copies a misspelled sign from Nick Shirley’s December 26, 2025 Minnesota video. The sign hung outside Quality Learning Center, a child care center at 1411 Nicollet Avenue in Minneapolis, and dropped the first “n” in “Learning.” The hoodie recreates the sign and adds “1-800-FRAUD” underneath. The store’s own data shows it was first listed on December 30, 2025, four days after the video.
His product note calls the center “a massive fraud so obvious they couldn’t even spell learning correctly.” That is his claim, and the record since is more mixed. The center’s manager, who said his parents own it, told reporters there was no fraud, blamed a sign maker for the typo and said Shirley filmed while the center was scheduled to be closed. State inspectors who checked the centers in the video found children at all but one, which had not opened for the day, NBC News reported. The center had received $1.9 million from Minnesota’s Child Care Assistance Program in fiscal 2025, and it closed its license at its own request effective January 6, 2026, CBS Minnesota reported. On April 28, 2026, the FBI searched it as one of 22 Twin Cities businesses. As of October 29, 2026, no charges against the center or its owners had been made public. The full case is in the Minnesota day care fraud file.
Shirley leaned into the word anyway. He marked the FBI search with a “Happy Learing Day!” sale, and his X bio now reads “Teaching the world to lear.”
What Califraudia Republic means on Nick Shirley merch
Califraudia Republic is Nick Shirley’s parody of the California state flag: the red star and stripe stay, the grizzly bear stands on a pile of cash, and “California Republic” becomes “Califraudia Republic.” The tees and hoodies went live on August 17, 2026, according to the store’s data, as his fight with the state over AB 2624, the law critics call the Stop Nick Shirley Act, came to a head.
He sold the design through that fight. His August 19 video confronting California lawmakers sent viewers to the Califraudia merch. His August 27 video from a Sacramento rally asked fans to buy a shirt or hoodie “to support our work exposing the fraudsters.” And his September 4 video announcing his federal lawsuit against the state opened with “I’m suing California, get ‘Califraudia Republic’ merch to support my work.” A Califraudia bumper sticker followed on September 18.
The law’s author sees it differently. Assemblymember Mia Bonta has said AB 2624 “doesn’t stop journalism or fraud investigations” and targets people who dox immigration-services workers with intent to threaten or incite violence, Deseret News reported. Gov. Gavin Newsom signed it on August 22, 2026, and Shirley’s lawsuit challenging it is pending in federal court.
How to avoid unofficial Nick Shirley merchandise
Unofficial Nick Shirley merchandise is easy to find, and the official store warns about it. Its product notes ask buyers to “be leery of other sellers and shops,” and the Quality Learing Center listings say they are “the only Quality Learing Center shirts being sold by Nick Shirley.” A few checks help:
- Buy at shop.antifraudclub.com, or follow a link from his YouTube descriptions, his TikTok bio or antifraudclub.com.
- Treat any other store calling itself the official Nick Shirley shop as unofficial. The older address in his early 2026 descriptions, shirleydefense.com, forwards to the Anti Fraud Club shop.
- Check the Learing hoodie in particular: the official one costs $62 and comes in sizes S to 3XL.
- NickShirley.us.com, this fan site, sells nothing.
His real accounts, which link to the store, are listed in Nick Shirley’s official accounts.
